Two Continents Half Day Afternoon Tours in Istanbul

It was built over 45,000 square metres as a residence for the Ottoman Sultans by the father and son architects Garabet and Nikogos Balyan, it was used as the main administrative centre for the Empire and is renowned for its large collections of European antiques and furniture. It houses the world’s largest Bohemian crystal chandelier weighing 4.5 tons. It is a very large palace with 286 rooms, 46 halls and 68 toilets. Crossing the Bosphorus Bridge grants you the ability to cross two continents within two minutes. Climbing Camlica Hill, you can see why it is famous for its spectacular sunsets and breathtaking views of Istanbul from the Sea of Marmara to the Black Sea which allows you to see the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn from a great standpoint.
