Day 1 – Meeting at Istanbul Atatürk Airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 2 – Start after breakfast in a centuries-old Jewish neighbourhood, Galata, with its tower built by the Genoese. Visit Neve Shalom Synagogue, the Zulfaris Jewish Museum of “The Quincentennial Foundation”, once a synagogue. Lunch and visit to world-famous Topkapı Palace and the Grand Covered Bazaar.
Day 3 – Bosphorus Cruise with a yacht. Visit Spice (Egyptian) Bazaar and Rumeli Fortress, Lunch at a typical Turkish restaurant. Two Continents Tour in the afternoon. Visit Dolmabahçe Palace and the Asiatic side of Istanbul crossing the Bosphorus Bridge connecting the two continents.
Day 4 – Drive to the Balat, neighbourhood where the Star Of David appears on the facades of some buildings. Visit the Ahrida Synagogue, built on the 15th. century. Drive along the Golden Horn. En route, see the ”Jewish Home for the Aged”, Jewish Hospital, and Jewish Cemetery. Lunch in a fine restaurant. Afternoon visit to St. Sophie, Blue Mosque, and Hippodrome.
Day 5 / 6 Free days with optional tour possibilities in Istanbul.
Day 7 Transfer to the airport.
