Izmir City Tour (Travelling in 5000 year old city) İzmir Daily Tour

Turkish Travel’s Izmir sightseeing tour will start from Karsiyaka. After the panoramic Karsiyaka tour, we’ll stop over at Bayrakli which was originally established in the 3rd millennium BC. Later, we’ll proceed to Alexander the Great’s Velvet Castle & agora. Here we’ll watch the spectacular view of Izmir Bay. For lunch, we’ll take you to a special restaurant, then the DK bus drop you off at the Ethnography Museum, where you can find simply everything related to Turkish culture as well as the culture of the Aegean people. After Ethnography Museum, we’ll pop into Archaeological Museum. It’s time to explore the city centre and the grand Kemeralti Bazaar, which is home to many historical structures such as mosques and ancient shops. Later, we’ll serve you a traditional Turkish coffee or your favourite apple tea in the ancient Kizlaragasi Caravanserai. We’ll take you to the point where you join the tour after visiting Hisarönü, which has an atmosphere reminiscent of Ottoman Empire times.

For those guests who’d like to join us for the night’s entertainment, Kemalpasa is a wonderful place to examine the ancestors of Turks, with their traditions coming from Middle Asia. You’ll get to know little Middle Asia in a variety of ways, including its cuisine. [L][D]
